WEST HAVEN An informant used by police allegedly purchased narcotics from Louise Martone, a local bakery owner and former District 10 councilwoman, who is charged with dealing drugs out of the eatery, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.
Louise Martone is charged with four counts of selling narcotics and four counts of the illegal sale of prescription drugs, according to police. She also is charged with one count of “conspiracy to commit sale of narcotics” and one count of conspiring to illegally sell prescription drugs, police said. Her husband, Ronald Martone, is charged with one count of conspiring to sell narcotics and another count of conspiring to illegally sell prescription drugs, according to police. ....
