Police have arrested a couple that is accused of selling oxycodone pills from a business in West Haven. Officials said Ronald and Louise Martone allegedly sold.
A 32-year-old alleged drug suspect was arrested by SAPS Butterworth members while conducting operations in the CBD and Skiti informal settlement.
Stop and searches and the searching of drugs formed part of the operations. A shack in Skiti informal settlement was searched and 17 mandrax tablets, 6 tik straws and several pieces of mandrax tablets were found.
The suspect was arrested and detained for possession of drugs. He is expected to appear in court today, 25 May 2021

Michigan State Police trooper came into contact with fentanyl during a traffic stop Thursday and fell to the ground, officials said.
The incident happened at 2:13 p.m. Thursday (May 20) in Kawkawlin, which is in Bay County,
Troopers were called to M-13 near Beaver Road on reports of a reckless driver, according to authorities.
When troopers saw the vehicle, they conducted a traffic stop and spoke to the driver, who was suspected of being under the influence of drugs, police said.

CLEBURNE COUNTY, Ark. (KAIT) - An investigation by multiple agencies into suspected meth trafficking uncovered over a pound of meth and $10,000 in cash.
According to a post on the Cleburne County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page, deputies arrested Gary Henson, 53, of Searcy and Thomas David Farris, 34, of Heber Springs in the case.
Authorities believe the pair were trafficking meth into the Heber Springs area, with Henson traveling to Heber Springs and distributing the meth from hotels and other areas in town; with Farris trafficking meth into Heber Springs, the post noted.

LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) - A traffic stop on Interstate 20 in Lexington County led to the discovery of more than 200 grams of meth on Friday, police say.
According to arrest warrants, Anthony Frank Lavenia, 46, of Cayce is charged with trafficking meth.
“A deputy pulled a car over for a traffic violation near mile marker 41 on I-20 east,” said Lexington County Sheriff Jay Koon. “A K9 indicated the presence of drugs in the car during the traffic stop.”
