Michelin-starred Man Wah presents two mouthwatering menus highlighting the finest mushrooms from Yunnan, a Chinese province which is home to some of the world’s most famous mushrooms. Indulge in these delicacies for lunch or dinner while enjoying the spectacular view of Victoria Harbor.
Meticulously created by executive Chinese chef Wing-Keung Wong, this authentic lunch starts with an all-time favourite: the barbecued Iberian pork loin with longan honey and the double-boiled whole abalone soup with matsutake mushrooms. Guests can also enjoy the unmistakable flavour of wok-fried prawns with swollen-stalked catathelasma and other mushroom-infused delicacies. Available from Monday to Friday, the set lunch menu is priced from HK$688 per person. ....
