25-year-old Brodey I. Murbarger had a motion hearing via Zoom in Wayne County Circuit Court this morning. His attorney, Christian J. Baril, had filed a motion to allow him access to a computer or electronic device to review discovery materials for the case. He also said Sheriff Mike Everett and jail staff would be responsible for determining a reasonable time limit for Murbarger to access the device. ....
