Mi Milpitas Police are investigating a homicide. Reporter police are still saying very little, other than this is a 54 year old milpitas resident. Theyre not giving the persons name or the cause of death, just saying that he died under suspicion circumstances. The mans body was found just before 1 00 in the morning outside the tequila shop bar and restaurant. I got woken up by fire trucks. Reporter kris lives next to the bar and lives in a trailer on the same lot where the body was found. He says fights dont phase him anymore. Looked out the quiwindow, fi trucks, and ambulance, and about 50 cop cars. Reporter thats all he said he heard, no shots . Screaming for help.
