I think 10 00 is a reasonable time. I think the restaurants are only open for Outdoor Dining anyways and its colder now so i think no one wants to sit outside after 10 00 anyway, so i think its a reasonable time. And its not going to be forever so i think we can do it. Reporter once a curfew starts at 10 00 you cannot gather with people outside your household, and youre not allowed to work or travel outside your home unless you are an essential worker.
