It depends on where you are. It is foggy for some. Looking back from walnut creek, and walnut creek to the west, that is a pretty good fog bank out there. That is an onshore breeze. It looks like today is a transition break day. Plenty of low clouds and fog. And okay breeze. 50s on the temperatures for most. 56 in berkeley. Mid50s around palo alto and menlo park and belmont. The boy was kidnapped while sleeping inside of a car in front of his parents home prompting an amber alert.
