Weather Today: RMC Mumbai predicted heavy to very heavy downpour in Mumbai city and suburbs on Thursday. Schools have been closed in Mumbai and other parts of Maharashtra due to heavy to very heavy rain predictions.
No heat wave in the country is being observed except in the interior parts of Andhra Pradesh. Central parts which are known for their heat are escaping heat wave and we do not expect heat wave in the next few days despite the fact that a rise in temperature is likely.
For the next few days, we can expect similar temperatures to continue over the region as no weather activity is expected. Heat wave conditions may be seen in isolated pockets as well.
All the four subdivisions of Maharashtra along with contiguous Telangana will be in for adverse weather between 15th and 19th March 2023. Thunderstorm activity could be more severe for Telangana and Vidarbha between 16th and 18th March.
