welcome to the lead. i m jake tapper and we ll continue our breaking news coverage. moments ago we got an update from atlanta police for the man hunt for a deadly mass shooting at a medical center. deion patterson should be considered armed and dangerous. he was at the building for an appointment when he became agitated. patterson started shooting in the waiting room and one person has been killed and four others injured and all of the victims women. within the last hour, atlanta police lifted the shelter in place order for the areas around the medical center. police say they believe patterson carjacked the vehicle near the scene of the shooting as police were responding. police have since found that car, but patterson was not in it. we are dealing with someone that is armed and dangerous. this is a deadly situation. this individual has just indeed conducted an act and we want to make sure that you know that if you see him do not approach, but you are to call 911. ....
