Charlotte metro school and wingett University Confirmed students and staff at Charlotte Metro have exhibited symptoms associated with the virus. Today the director of the Mecklenburg County Health Department addressed the outbreak at the Charlotte Metro school. We know 63 students did not come to school. With saving his family from a burning home. Wbtvs sky 3 was the first on the scene in belmont yesterday evening as firefighters worked to put out the massive fire. You can see the house gutted by the flames. Wbtvs alex giles talked with the little boy who is a real hero. Reporter this family credits the smallest member of the household with saving everyones lives. If he hadnt been alert this could have ended much worse. Carter englert has a few of his favorite things after the fire ripped his home apart. Toys, my ipad. Most of them gone, the family also lost two of their cats. But thanks to cart the people who were inside are safe. I was in the bathtub, my mom asleep and he came and told us there was a fire and he got us to get up and get out.
