Scientists say such rare summer storms are a preview of a potentially recordbreaking wet winter in the west. We begin tonight with a Large Police Presence at the scene of a shooting now. It happened just after 3 00 this afternoon and willow afternoon in unincorporated hayward. A man was pushing a little baby in a stroller down the street when he was shot and killed. Skyfox is currently over the scene. The Sheriffs Department tells us the victim died at the scene.
