Wanawadi where local people complained that unauthorised digging of road has been going on for quite some time.
The citizens got alerted that all the digging was going on during late in the night that is not normal if the civic body had given permission. “When we wrote a letter to PMC about the digging work, the truth came out, as the civic body did not give any permission for the cable wire set-up and excavation work,” said a local resident of Hole Vasti.

FDA) has asked pharmacists to refrain from giving medicines for fever, cough, cold, body ache and flu without a
valid prescription. The
drug stores have been also asked to maintain the record of phone number and address of customers, who take prescribed drugs.
The FDA officials have issued orders in this regard to all chemists and drug stores in Pune division Pune, Solapur, Satara, Sangli and Kolhapur districts. The chemists cannot provide medicines for flu-like symptoms without a valid prescription. Even the details of the doctors and hospitals that prescribe the drugs have to be maintained by the shops.
