There are a total of 13 fires burning in napa and sonoma firefighters struggling to get containment. Here is a closer look at the that is the buyer that is threatening the oakmont area. He and other flood victims are taking the legal action against san jose, Santa Clara County and the Santa Clara Valley Water District.
