Officials said a cafe and a shop were hit in the village of hroza, not far from kupiansk. A six year old boy is said to be among the dead. There has been intense fighting in the region in recent weeks, with russia attempting to recapture territory it lost last year. This latest russian attack took place in the middle of the day, as european leaders were meeting in the spanish city of granada, with ukraine one of the big issues being discussed.
