These pictures are from rafah, where locals pulled victims from the rubble of a house that was hit in one of the overnight israeli strikes. These images are from khan younis in Southern Gaza. Youll remember israel told people in Northern Gaza to evacuate to the south more than a week ago ahead of a possible ground offensive. People in gaza said there was nonstop bombing and shelling by israel overnight. One of the bombardments was by a hospital. There Israeli Defence forces then released this video of air strikes over gaza and we cant be sure exactly where it was shot from. You can see a building being destroyed in those images. Officials say that they have been targeting hamas infrastructure, including the underground tunnels and operational headquarters of hamas. This is according to israels defence ministry. Properly a little later. Ukraine says a russian attack on a village in the east of the country has killed at least 50 people. That would make it the deadliest Missile Strike in months. Officials said a cafe and a shop were hit in the village of hroza, not far from kupiansk. A six year old boy is said to be among the dead. There has been intense fighting in the region in recent weeks, with russia attempting to recapture territory it lost last year. This latest russian attack took place in the middle of the day, as european leaders were meeting in the spanish city of granada, with ukraine one of the big issues being discussed. President zelensky made a point of being at the talks in person. He asked european leaders for more air defence missiles and said other countries could thank ukraine for protecting them from russian aggression.
