Heavy rain and flash floods are possible from Southern California to utah. Yesterday drenching rain and strong winds hit riverside, california, just southeast of los angeles. Water poured down hillsides. On some streets the water was over 2 feet high, and powerful winds snapped large trees like match sticks.
