byte is and that answer. with us this morning we have mike barnacle, mara gay, georgeway and staff writer david from. a lot going on this morning. we start with that historic decision. the colorado supreme court has ruled donald trump is disqualify ed from holding office again after determining he engaged in insurrection on january 6th, 2021. the fourth ruling keeps the former president off the state s presidential primary lot next year. the court stayed its decision until january 4th to allow for any further appeals, and the trump team is already vowing they will be doing just that. but the fourth is just one day before the deadline for the state to print its presidential primary ballots. colorado secretary of state discussed the tight timeline in an interview last night on msnbc. if they take the case, we will make clear to the court that the deadlines and the timelines. the bigger thing is if the court does not take the case, as of january 5th, if the u.s. supreme ....
