They include failure to maintain smoke doors and failure toco prevent residents beds from m koling in contact with electrical outlets. These violations were fixed in. February, but besides this facility, the Kendall Corporation operate 12 others including two more in pennsylvania. State inspections revealed previous safety violations all over the past five years at both, but the most recent inspections show problems with things like sprinkler protection fixed. A Kendall Corporation senior staff member said no one was available to speak with us or answer questions about fire safety. The company was fully focused on helping displaced residents. Sources say the two people running from the car, the suspects in this case left a blood trail from the buick to another car near the outback when they took off.
