we re starting to see a few little things go on 39th street is blocked with the fire department on the scene. that s affect something of the septa buses, 108 113 and 68 are on detour due to the activity northeast extension area. as for new jersey transit, patco, no delays there. the vine street expressway, these signs were blocking off the lanes but everything is open. it s still a 13-minute drive time if you re headed eastbound from the blue route up towards the vine street expressway with average speeds of 60 miles per hour. new from overnight, check out this video we just got in. a driver went to the hospital after crashing into a trucking business in port richmond. you can see the hole left in the side of the building on richmond street. it s not clear what caused the driver to lose control. no one else was hurt. 5:31 now. philadelphia police are investigating how a 6-year-old boy was shot while playing basketball in his own driveway. it happened just before midnigh
