They were wounded here at 17th and capp streets just after seven oclock tonight. Police say two men got into an argument with at least one other man and at some point, shots were fired. Police say one of the victims was shot in the upper body. An eyewitness says that man was on foot. And, the other victim was on his bike. Both were taken to San Francisco General Hospital for treatment.
