century peeping tom. tonight, police in walnut creek announce the arrest of a man suspected of filming customers -- on two separate occasions -- at a starbucks. while those people were in the public believed to be irwin "don" meyers, was found in an area off the maguire peak trail. it was spotted in a cave by a helicopter search crew. investigators are still trying to determine whether he fell or apartment complex. jeff bush>>: tenants and former tenants say they have never seen anything like the conditions inside 1751 market street. take a look at these images provided to kron four by the attorney representing more than a dozen people who say the conditions inside this building are not suitable for human habitation. >> crystal cook former tenant : there would be mice everywhere and sounds like a clean getting bitten. jeff bush>>: crystal cook lived here for a couple years and complained about the condtions to the owners of the buildingshe says they didn't care. most of the tenants don't speak english. crystal says the landlord would take advantage of them and their immigration status. >> cook: one unit, his rent was raised $500 and the landlord would threaten to have people deported and scare a lot of them and they didn't know their rights. jeff bush>>: edward higginbotham represents the tenants who are suing the owners of the building. >> edward higgenbotham attorney : a tennant was murdered here in january of 2014. the owner did not even know the victim was a tenant who was killed, because i asked him at his depostion and it took him about five months to clean up the blood. it was splattered on the walls and the staircase and the individual's family, his brother, had to walk in and out of the building every day looking at his decieced brother's blood. jeff bush>>: we did reach out to the attorney representing the building's ownerasking for some sort of explaination about all of this and he simply said, "no comment." i'm jeff bush in san francisco kron four news. pam moore>>: an orinda girl tells police. she was molested six- years ago. and now her alleged attacker is behind bars. the alleged attack took place in antioch. but the suspect says. he is not guilty. last month, police arrested joaquin sierra- cruz. and charged him with six -felony counts of child molestation. that's after a 12-year-old girl told police, that her nanny molested her. police say it was actually the nanny's husband. sierra- cruz has pleaded not guilty. and his attorney says, he finds this allegation to be strange. >>:i do not believe they have subjected her to any medical testing and there was no witness to the events in. it is a totally bizarre accusal. a bay area man maintains his pam moore>>: innocence tonight. he is now being accused of molesting an orinda girl. six- years ago. last month, police arrested counts of child sierra- cruz's attorney also says. that cruz was never the nanny. his wife was the nanny. and was well- loved by the family.
