courtroom. it wasn t until they said please ride for the honorable. judge aaron persky , it click then i realized i was in his courthouse. reporter: persky is under a firestorm for sentencing jot brock turner to just six months in jail, the maximum sentence was 14 years. it wasn t long before persky told jurors he was recently part of a high profile case. he said if there is anyone in the jury that had any feelings towards him to raise your hand. i did. it was just his tone, he talked as if it was nothing. i think that s what got to me and all of the other jurors to raise their hand. reporter: the 19-year-old says she and four other people were required to give a reason. she told persky, she didn t feel comfortable being front of a judge who she thought, favored turner instead of the victim in the unrelated case. she also said he made her blood boil. the fact that a judge decided to give the defendant, a rapist, more feelings towards him and wanted him to be oka ....
