Say they have heard from people expressing their anger over the 911 failure which may have left some callers waiting 30 to 50 minutes. Heres what assistant sheriff tom roberts told us it is unclear how many callers were affected over the six hour period. Calls were dispatched to henderson and North Las Vegas where metro staffers went to help answer the rerouted calls after the problem was discovered around 3 30 tuesday afternoon.
