Of fremont street in concord. Sky7 was over the home where a year and a half old shepherd mix named charlie reportedly attacked the 10monthold child. His mother was in a room nearby. The child sustained injuries to his head. 911 was called, and he was rushed to the hospital. Abc7 News Reporter Laura Anthony spoke with Concord Police about what happened.
