Of fremont street in concord. Sky7 was over the home where a year and a half old shepherd mix named charlie reportedly attacked the 10monthold child. His mother was in a room nearby. The child sustained injuries to his head. 911 was called, and he was rushed to the hospital. Abc7 News ReporterLaura Anthony spoke with Concord Police about what happened.
