A group home for special needs residents had left their house just up the block and were walking down to a basketball court. They were going to play some basketball. They came across two people in a car. For some reason or another, words were exchanged. That man runs just a little ways before he drops to the ground. Police say, this is an important note. Someone who was with the shooter was apparently horrified by what happened. Police want that person to come forward. T
