At the same time the driver of a Pontiac Firebird was traveling east on park and apparently did not see the trk and drove into it getting wedged under the trailer. People working in the area say the blinding Early Morning sunshine may have played a role. Going east on park avenue is very hazardous in the morning. The sun truly gets to you. You can hardly see a thing going east on park avenue. Reporter is it possible that that sun could blind a driver not to see a truck. Definitely. Reporter the male driver of the firebird was killed in the crash. A tenyearold girl sitting in the back seat who witnesses identified as his daughter was taken to an area hospital as a precaution.
