LEGAZPI CITY - A suspect in a rape case who is tagged as the No. 4 most wanted person in Aklan has been arrested in Masbate province, the Police Regional Office in Bicol (PRO5) said on Tuesday. In a statement, Maj. Malu Calubaquib, PRO5 spokesperson, said operatives of the Bicol police and Aklan Provincial Police Office collared Danilo Tuling, 33, in Dimasalang town on Monday. She said the suspect, a construction worker, was nabbed in his residence by virtue of a warrant of arrest with no bail recommended. Brig. Gen. LEGAZPI CITY - Government anti-narcotics operatives on Tuesday arrested a recidivist, seizing from him some PHP680,000 worth of shabu in a buy-bust in Pilar, Sorsogon. In a statement, Maj. "Paul", 31, of Barangay Tabi, Gubat, Sorsogon, yielded some 100 grams of suspected shabu during the operation. "He is a recidivist listed under persons who use drugs," Calubaquib said.
