Lt. Col. Maria Luisa Calubaquib, PRO5 spokesperson, said the anti-drug operations that were conducted in different provinces in the region resulted in the seizure of PHP7,791,116 worth of shabu. In Camarines Norte, police arrested Leo Asistio Jr., 37, of Sitio Banaba, Barangay Inchican, Silang, Cavite. Asistio yielded 50 grams of shabu with an estimated street value of PHP340,000 and loaded caliber .38 revolver without make and serial number loaded, Calubaquib said. Police also nabbed Omar Maralit, 30, of Barangay Guisican, Labo, Camarines Norte, a rice mill operator, by virtue of a search warrant for illegal possession of drugs. LEGAZPI CITY - A suspect in a rape case who is tagged as the No. 4 most wanted person in Aklan has been arrested in Masbate province, the Police Regional Office in Bicol (PRO5) said on Tuesday. In a statement, Maj. Malu Calubaquib, PRO5 spokesperson, said operatives of the Bicol police and Aklan Provincial Police Office collared Danilo Tuling, 33, in Dimasalang town on Monday. She said the suspect, a construction worker, was nabbed in his residence by virtue of a warrant of arrest with no bail recommended. Brig. Gen. LEGAZPI CITY - Four suspected drug pushers were arrested while PHP4.7 million worth of illegal drugs were seized in two separate anti-drug operations in Camarines Sur on Sunday, the Police Regional Office in Bicol (PRO5) reported Monday. Maj. Malu Calubaquib, PRO5 spokesperson, identified those nabbed as siblings Edcel Dellagas, 35, and Richard Dellagas, 39, both residents of Barangay Sigamot, Libmanan town. Their arrests in Zone 3 of the same village were done by operatives of the Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit 5, Team Camarines Sur and Naga City together with the Provincial Intelligence Unit, Camarines Sur Provincial Police Office, 501st Regional Mobile Force Battalion 5 and Libmanan Police Station in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).
