Fernando Cunanan Jr. took the helm as the new chief of the Albay Provincial Police Office, while Col. Antonio Bilon Jr. was named head of the Camarines Norte Provincial Police Office. Cunanan, who hails from Pampanga, was a former chief of the Regional Maritime Unit 3, while Bilon is from Occidental Mindoro and formerly assigned at the Directorate for Intelligence. Maj. Malu Calubaquib, PRO5 spokesperson, said Wednesday the apprehended individuals include 21 city and municipal most wanted persons and 240 other most wanted persons. "Among the arrested individuals were two barangay officials namely Arnel Amag, 45, and a resident of Barangay Matagangtang, Placer, Masbate.
