Neighbors request and quickly made a phone call which was overheard by the neighbor. Hes like, um, hey, um, bring that piece. I got to take care of something. I understood very well what he said. Thats when this older model gray cadillac pulled up a man got out of the rear passenger seat with gun and pointed it at the man as he stood behind his fence. I was like, oh, lord, not my kids. Margie is describing a mothers call for help after her fouryearold daughter was shot in the eye inside of a bedroom in home on 1800 block of north 20th street in north philadelphia. The child was transported to Hahnemann Hospital where she died just before 1 00 this afternoon. I told her what happened.
