Cal fire trucks lining up along the valley road in napa county after firefighters were able to stop a vegetation fire from jumping the roadway. San jose police got the call at 9 50 this morning of gunshots fired at the entrance to the strip mall at capitol expressway and copper field drive. I have confirmed with the police that two car loads full of men were initially involved in some sort of disturbance, one car started to chase another on capitol expressway and both cars turned into this parking lot which is where the police say the shooting occurred. A man was shot. He made his way inside the licky super market where he asked for help. Four men were in the car with him. They ran to different areas of the mall trying to get away from the suspect who last the scene. At this time, the suspect vehicle has not been located. San jose police are working to get a more accurate description of the vehicle and will take a look at Surveillance Video in the area as part of their investigation. Paul pitchner, shelleys husband, committed suicide last night by jumping off the bay bridge. Police say he was not considered a suspect but was a person of interest. Tonight we spoke with a neighbor who may have been among the last people to speak to shelley. She says shelleys husband and son came knocking at her door just days ago. Theyd heard they had spoken to her and so they came over to find out when and what the conversation was like. And he they both seemed very concerned and just trying to get the details of what id last seen. Reporter police stressed they have not confirmed the Human Remains Found in fremont are the missing woman but say theyre not ruling out the possibility. The coroner has not set a timeline for identifying the body and tonight Fremont Police and Brisbane Police are working closely together. Some of that evidence that was collected last night will be processed here at the Police Department and investigators from both departments still at that brisbane home.
