Canyon. This is the video taken earlier of a crash scene on a man kidnapped and killed a highway 4 westbound near the woman. The victim was reportedly kidnapped just before 7 00 p. M. Canyon. Chp say that is the man the police were called about suspicious activity drove away at a high rate of in canyon. They say they found a woman that was beaten and on speed.
