proper procedure. she doesn t have a bus aide. my daughter is only 7. she was born deaf. reporter: michelle says since her child has a disability she s supposed to be an adult aide on board with the driver but that s not her only complaint. she pointed out after the school bus stopped there were no flashing light, stop sign or stop arm. only the hazard lights were in use. this mom says it s happened more than once. as a parent, how do you see this? i see it as a possibility of my child going to get hit and killed one day. reporter: we joined michelle after school today. just like in the video, the bus driver puts the hazards on, got out and directed traffic around. instead of taking her across the street, she walked the young girl to the daycare. there s a big parking lot. she should have been able to go in the parking lot. reporter: we sent a camera crew to the bus lot and tried to talk to the driver. a supervisor told him he believed the driver is following the
