Reporter shooters father spoke briefly to reporters late last night. This is a shock to everybody at what happened today. Obviously its been a devastating day, devastating for me and my family. Community speakers at the vigil last night credited Law Enforcement for the crick response, including two u. S. Marshalls who just happened to be here in rosenberg in an unrelated case. Its actually closed and the road leading into the campus is closed through the weekend and will reopen again on monday. This is pretty much an active crime scene right now. This is a community really in mourning. Its a small town and rosenberg has 20,000 people and that kind of community where Everybody Knows everyone in town and last night over 1,000 people held a candlelight vigil at a nearby park to remember the victim and to honor and pay tribute to them because in times like these its the victims that we want to remember.
