Smoke pushed back into the bay area. Now the latest on a Traffic Alert on 880. Yeah, its a couple of rs tangled up here and traffic is still slow. They had all lanes blocked though northbound 880 right at da toe that. The good news is theyve opened upmost of them. They are though keeping at least one or two of these slow lanes the right lanes closed until they completely clear everything off the roadway. Looks like there may be some debris in the road as well. So caltrans crews are also on scene. So a bit of a slow ride working your way along 880 for the early start to your ride. If you are headed there, just a headsup. Expect the brake lights out of fremont and gets a little bit better as you go to more in the union city area.
