carjacked the car and the suspect had a cell phone inside and that s when it got interesting because police were able to track the suspect through technology. the victim of that vehicle had his cell phone in the vehicle and within minutes we began a track on that cell phone. the vehicle was the cell phone was tracked to the city of concord at which time that vehicle began making its way back to east county. at one point during the pursuit the vehicle began driving on the wrong lanes of traffic and it was decided in public interest public safety they we were going to terminate that pursuit at that time and have chp air unit follow the vehicle. the vehicle came back to the city of antioch and then into pittsburgh and at some point between those two cities the vehicle was spike stripped and the tires were somewhat disabled. reporter: that s when the suspect took off running toward the arco station and that s when police say that he took out a handgun and pointed it a ....
