48yearold kenneth furr received 48 months in prison for his frenzy. Authorities say he was off duty and trying to pick up a transgender prostitute at a drugstore. A later encountered led to furr being started, shooting at the prostitute who suffered injuries. The judge credited his time served. He is now out of jail on probation. A search is on for this man, an eye scaped patient considered a dangers to himself and others.
