Exactly what it is, you know, and i think our executive director spoke to that, additional cultural providers that would be coming in, the combining of their services and enhancement of dental services because its not clear in the resolution itself, and i think that would strengthen the fact were not only supporting a consistency which you say we need it, but we need to make a case for then why the incentives, so that would be my suggestion in terms of strengthening our resolution.
