Processing of mango: SKUAST- Jammu holds one day training for rural women, unemployed youth

Dr. Vikram Katryal, AEO, Marh, at the start of the programme extended a warm welcome to the participating rural women, unemployed youth and Panch of Parvah village.
Dr. Neeraj Gupta, Principal Investigator, RKVY Project started the training programme and gave detailed demonstration for making squash from mango fruit. Dr. Anju Bhat, Professor and Head, FST delivered the lecture on nutritional significance of mango and its potential into processing.
At the end of the programme, Mrs. Rinku Sharma, JAEO Marh expressed the vote of thanks to the participants, Panch and the persons involved in the training programme.
