To show that for many of the people who remain in the city that winter, this was an occupation, but maybe it was a liberation from many in their perspective. A ba from brown university, and he was a james duke fellow and a worked as an editor at sailing World Magazine and wrote and edited several sailing books, the yachting wind, and the parody.
