Witnesses report that the man jumped fences and forced his way into two separate homes. A resident inside one of them saw the man with a knife in his hand and heard him say he had a gun though she didnt actually see one. Police have a perimeter set up in the neighborhood. And they are trying to take this man into custody. There is a pretty heavy Police Presence right now at the scene. And, again, we have residents evacuated from the homes as a precaution.
