Teenagers 13 to 15 interested in law enforcement, fire, and EMS were encouraged to register. Captain Brian Arrington, head of the camp, said the program ran for a few years just for male students who were court-ordered. Then, under a new sheriff, the program was changed to a recruiting-style camp for teens interested in law enforcement.
