Spoken with investigators with the latest. Reporter the crash happened just before 7 00. The suspect was found around 9 30 in a lake near city park without his clothes on. They believe this is where he ran to hide. It is 25yearold tyler white from tennessee. Police say he was speeding while driving his white dodge charger. The woman inside that prius died as a three other vehicles what we just learned were involved. Several people were rushed to the hospital. Investigators believe white was under the influence of drugs and alcohol. It is unclear how fast he was going. Police say he was definitely going to fast when the crash happened.
