Expecting an update today on a a person who fell last night at mile high stadium. Shawn chitnis is live with what we know this morning. Reporter good morning. Most fans were celebrating that win but of course a scary situation when one fans had a fall at the stadium. We are told denver fire responded to calls about someone calling around 9 40 p. M. , about an hour after the game was over. Very little has been confirmed but we are told that person fell several stories and this may have happened by gate 5 at the stadium on the north side of the building a little bit there were crews responding last night and Denver Health says they had one person taken to the hospital for injuries from a fall. Thats all we know about the victim or their condition. Again, this sounds like it was a significant fall but we dont know how serious those injuries

Stadium management company. This incident happened shortly after the game ended about 9 44 p. M. A fan was taken to the hospital after falling over a stairwell railing. The Denver Fire Department indicated it was about a 30 to 50foot drop. Ambulances were seen on the north side of mile high. The person was rushed to Denver Health Medical Center where he, an adult male, was later pronounced dead. De investigation of this incident. So far the name of the victim has not been released. Pretty gruesome. Reporter Denver Police are investigating but no foul play is believed to be involved. At this time it appears this man was sitting on top of a railing, lost his balance and fell. About 60 feet. Probe last year a man fell 20 feet at a broncos ravens game. That person was determined to be intoxicated at the time. Police are still investigating this latest fall. Its unclear to us whether or not there was drugs or alcohol involved. That would be part of the medical examiners investigation. Reporter last year it was Francisco Morales who died.
