A southbay mother and wife who has now become the nations first covid19 death. That was 12 days earlier than the previous case. Patricia dowd of san jose was 57 years old when she died february 6th. This week, a new wave of grieving as many learned their friend tested positive after her death from covid19. ; was absolutely shocked, speechless.
