place at the wrong time. the video shows a homeless man sitting against a wall on san francisco s street and another man walks toward him and he is carrying what appears to be a metal rod or pop and for no reason whacks the homeless man across the head. this happened in san francisco s tenderloin neighborhood on wednesday night a little before 9:30. i was in shock. justin is also seen in the video on the right-hand side of the scene smoking, just feet away as the suspect walks by. he did not recognize the attacker. he said he might have been involved in a fight that happened on the same block earlier in the night. that came across the street and these happens here often. he thinks the suspect may have mistook the homeless man, robert, for someone else. i am back out here after everything is said and done and out of nowhere comes this guy around the corner and i did not think much, lighting a smoke and before i looked up robert was hit on the head by a pipe, the vi
