Out of vehicle window. You see police continuing with some unrest. It appears that they fire some teargas. We see some people detained at this point at least two that we caught on video that had scrimmages with police. We are not sure what happened to them at this point. Police continue to hold the line. This is a second person weve seen being taken away and detained. We saw one earlier a person i dont know if it was a man or woman but they were in the crowd and at one point they were tackled to the ground by at least two or three officers. New this morning crews are still watching out for hot spots from a stubborn grass fire. It started shortly after 11 00 last night. A ktvu news crew was on the scene just moments later. Investigators say the flames started in a homeless camp and quickly spread. Some propane tanks created a hazard for the firefighters. The larger propane tanks when they get heated to a certain extent they can sometimes explode. Thats what happened out there. That poses a risk to firefighters obviously. Luckily no one was hurt. Investigators are now trying to dinning room if someone in the homeless camp started the fire. Claudine wong will have an update in a live report coming up at 5 00. The fbi is leading the investigation into a fire set by an arsonist at the entrance to the chinese consulate. So far no one has claimed responsibility for the attack.
