Absolutely improve bicycle spending and infrastructure in the city. Reaching the goal of 50 of the trips by transit biking and walking is an ambitious goal but i think we can achieve that by not looking at the muni system which is heavily burdend and how we get a good bang for the buck and increasing spending in the bicycle infrastructure as well and as i said muni cant do it alone and infrastructure is a key part of meeting the citys goals. Very low maintenance and operational cost of muni makes investing in bicycling really an incredibly Cost Effective way of improving our Climate Change goals of our city and our Climate Action plan as a city so San Francisco cannot afford to not invest in bicycling infrastructure according to the report and even the mtas own bicyc ....
