Since we last heard the item and gave our responses to the civil grand jury on the recommendation, i authored an additional resolution on the topic that was enacted on november 27 of last year. Among other things, resolution 48419 urged the department of emergency management, sfpuc, the Fire Department to provide consolidated report to the board of supervisors on the state of the citys preparedness for major earthquake and fire, including planned funding for efws.
